Daniela Guido Avila, teaching artist

Daniela (Dani) Guido is a dancer from San José, Costa Rica, and a graduate from the Jazz & Contemporary BFA Program at Joffrey Ballet School under the direction of Angelica Stiskin. She has received extensive training in a variety of styles, with the emphasis on versatility and bridging the worlds between concert and commercial dance. At Joffrey Ballet School, she has had the privilege to work with Michael Waldrop, Jakob Karr, Jason Luks and Antonia Franceschi. Some feature performance credits also include NJCU’s productions of PIPPIN and A Chorus Line, The Nutcracker, and as a participant on Mini Dancing With The Stars Costa Rica.
