Aubree Dagilis, teaching artist

Aubree is a professional dancer based in NYC. Originally from Arizona, she trained at Master Ballet Academy under the direction of Slawomir and Irena Wozniak. She danced for several companies in Arizona, including Convergence Ballet, Scorpius Dance Theater, and Cazo Dance Company. She has been featured in several dance films, including Michael Spencer Phillip’s Site Specific Dances and Aftermath by Bridgette Borzillo and Nuvine Visuals. She has taught ballet at studios and universities and is also a personal trainer. She believes in teaching dance in a way that promotes longevity of the human body so that people can continue to express themselves no matter their age and capabilities. It is important to her that the studio is a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable to explore, create, and ask questions to further their curiosity in the arts.
