Voltaire Wade-Greene is a California native currently based in New York City. He trained with Civic Dance Center, The Rock School for Dance Education, The Orange School of the Performing Arts, San Francisco Ballet, Dance Theatre of Harlem, and the University of the Arts. Broadway credits include Hamilton (OBC Dance Captain; Mulligan/Madison u/s). He is currently the associate choreographer for Ragtime on Broadway, other associate choreography credits are: Ragtime at New York City Center, Senior Class (Olney Theater) and his additional theater credits include In the Heights (Kennedy Center, WBT), Jesus Christ Superstar, The Wiz (The Muny), Noir as The Goon (The Alley Theater), Hairspray (Dallas Theater Center), A Chorus Line, Annie Get Your Gun, and Some Like It Hot (BDT). Voltaire was the resident choreographer for the 1st national tour of Hamilton and a Supervisor for Hamilton Chicago. Television credits include Smash and The Spot. Opera credits include Fire Shut Up in My Bones, Champion, The Magic Flute, and X: The Life and Times of Malcolm X at The Metropolitan Opera. His concert dance work includes performances with CONTRAST Dance Theater, Charlottesville Ballet, and Alison Chase Performance.
