Bailey Randolph is a Richmond, Virginia native. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA in Dance and Choreography in 2017. Bailey was the Assistant Company Director for Momentum Dance Center (VA) and Lead Choreographer for SPARC’s Hairspray, “Bravo!” summer camp (VA). Her choreography also includes “Strings of Attachment” presented in VCU Dance: RESIST Spring concert and Deau Eyes’ 2020 music video “Haven’t You Had Quite Enough” Since moving to NYC in 2018, Bailey has taught for STEPS Youth program specializing in Hip Hop and Afrobeats. She has assisted choreographing for Angel Kaba’s, Afro’Beats Blast, for Broadway Dance Center’s Youth Company and an Afrobeats piece for Boulder Ballet in Colorado. Bailey has studied dance and teaching around the world including Noto, Sicily under direction of Melanie Richards and also Rio de Janeiro, Brazil as a Dance Diplomat with the Movement Exchange program under direction of Anna Else Pasternak.
