Anne Parichon-Buoncore, teaching artist

Anne was born and raised in France. She started her dance training in Paris at a local ballet school with Karina Vlaneska. Anne studied at the Academie Internationale de Danse in Paris, at the Martha Graham School in NYC and was a scholarship student at Jennifer Mueller/The Works.

At present, Anne is a a dancer with DancesbyIsadora, Moving Visions, DanceVisionsNY and Baroque Dance NY.  She the founder and artistic director of her own dance company,  APDANCE. She was  recipient of a Global Shorts Award for her dance film Blur In Perception and she presented her first live piece All Truths Pure in 2022 at The Holy Trinity Church NY. Anne presented Ways To Recover in 2023 at KnJ Theater as part of Kat Wildish Presents.  She also choreographed for indie singer Roxiny's music video titled Rituals in October 2024.

In addition to her dance performance/choreographic career, Anne serves as a Teaching Artist in the NYC public schools with Dancewave and Notes in Motion.
