Anushka Savale, teaching artist

 Anushka Savale, hailing from Silicon Valley, as a trilingual (English/Marathi/Hindi) South Asian performer, emphasizes the importance of art within a predominantly STEM-based community. She graduated from AMDA: College of the Performing Arts with a BFA in Acting and has been continuing her artist journey in NYC. Having trained in Bollywood, Bharatnatyam, and Hip-hop since the age of four, she has created a versatile and unique identity as a performer and an educator. Constantly stretching her artistic bounds and experimenting with different styles and cultures, she hopes to show the greater potential of effective and meaningful storytelling through her work as a performing artist.
