Dilara Naska (she/her) is a New York City–based performing artist, choreographer, and teaching artist from Chicago, IL. She received her BFA, graduating magna cum laude, from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and is an alumna of Interlochen Arts Academy. Her movement practice is informed by an interdisciplinary background in dance, theater, voice, and music, and is grounded in musicality, embodied storytelling, and a holistic creative process. As a teaching artist, she has over seven years of experience working with children and young adults in dance, movement, improvisation, ensemble-based work, and performance. Her pedagogy emphasizes musicality, technical clarity, and confidence-building within a supportive, process-driven learning environment.
