Sursattie Hariprashad, teaching artist

Sursattie Hariprashad was born in Georgetown, Guyana. Having a love of fitness/Dance, she studied Physical Education at York College and Exercise Physiology at Queens College. With 2 Masters degrees and over 20 years of teaching experience in NYC public schools, she remained passionate about movement arts. She has been an after school dance instructor for 15 years teaching Hip Hop, African, Bollywood and Latin styles.
