Zay Harold, teaching artist

Isaiah "Zay" Harold was born in Philadelphia. An actor, singer, dancer, he began his journey in the arts at the age of 8. He joined his local dance company and was able to perform around the east coast and expand his training through affiliation with Philadelphia’s University of the Arts. Trained in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, hip hop and African dance, Zay majored in theatre at Millersville University and went on to perform in regional theatre around the tristate area. Since moving to New York, he also worked as a model, in television, and with a professional dance company. Additionally, Zay has been teaching dance for almost a decade and loves sharing his talents and experiences with people of all walks of life. He is excited to begin his journey with Notes in Motion and influence youth through the performing arts.
