Lisa Latimer, teaching artist

Ms. Lisa Latimer is a master dance educator with over ten years of experience teaching students ages four through adults across New York City. She has worked with organizations including Wild Arts, LEAP (Dance Specialist and STEM Educator), St. Nicks Alliance, FitFUNd, and Bronx Arts Ensemble. Lisa specializes in Creative Dance, Jazz, Hip Hop, Modern, African Dance, Afro Beats, Latin, Caribbean, and Street styles. Known for her joyful, inclusive approach, she creates structured, confidence-building classes where all students—regardless of ability or experience—can thrive.
